Guarantee and Returns policy.
We offer a 28 day guarantee. If you receive an item that does not exactly meet your requirements, provided you return it unused (at your expense) in its original packaging and condition, we will refund the purchase price. It is advised that you return goods with a proof of delivery or by Special Delivery as we cannot be responsible for damage or loss of the parcel.
Should any item be damaged in transit, or received in a damaged condition, again you may return it to us (at our own expense) for a full refund but please include a note describing the problem. Please ensure that you retain proof of mailing and delivery.Manufacturers offer at least a 12 month warranty period, some longer. Should a product fail due to faulty workmanship or materials you may have a claim against the manufacturer. If this is the case, you must retain the guarantee card accompanying the product and/or the purchase receipt. All items can be returned to Haus c/o Simmer and Slice as sole importers and distributors of the brands, Scanpan, Gefu, Wusthof & Revol.
Postal Returns
Please return your items to the address below.
Out of stock
If an item is out of stock we will remove the item the day after and refund your purchase immediately. We will then offer you an alternative or similar product in terms of size, cost & function, you will then have the option to purchase that directly from us as part of our high service standards.
Payments
We advise using PayPal either through your own account or directly through PayPal, both are secure and further details can be found on the PayPal web site.
Data Protection
We do not require any more details from you than those needed to fulfil your order; we retain no credit card number after the order has been processed.
